30-day returns. Unworn, unwashed, un-haunted.
The policy
- You have 30 days from delivery to start a return or exchange.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with tags attached.
- Limited runs are exchange-only while sizes last — once a run is buried, we cannot replace it.
- Sale items and gift cards are final.
How to start one
Email store@horrorbuzz.store with your order number and what went wrong. We will send instructions.
Wrong or damaged item
If we sent the wrong thing, or it turned up damaged, that is on us — we cover return shipping and get the right one out immediately. Send a photo and we will sort it.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method once the return is inspected. Allow a few business days for your bank to catch up.
